Little Lambs Liturgy of the Word
The Little Lambs Liturgy of the Word for Children is a special adaptation of the Liturgy of the Word during Mass, designed to engage children in a way that is appropriate for their understanding and spiritual growth. It aims to make the Scripture readings accessible and relatable to young participants. It includes the same essential elements as the regular Liturgy of the Word, such as the first and second readings, psalm, the Gospel, and a reflection but is tailored to the children’s level of comprehension.
We invite all children during the 9:30 am and 11:30 am Masses to participate in Little Lambs Liturgy of the Word for Children. Children are dismissed with our trained and safe environment screened catechists to the choir room and then return after the homily. If you would like your children to join, please have them go forward when the celebrant calls for the children. No registration needed.
